Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended so we can reserve the right specialist and avoid any wait. Walk-ins are welcome for quick services like threading whenever a chair is free.
What's included in a bridal package?
Packages range from a single engagement look to full multi-event coverage with trials, makeup, hair, draping and a touch-up kit. Book a free consultation and we'll tailor one to your events and budget.
How long does a service take?
Quick services take 20–40 minutes, facials and colour around 1–2 hours, and full bridal looks 2–3 hours. We'll always share a time estimate when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, and bank or mobile transfers. Bridal bookings are confirmed with a partial advance.
Which products do you use?
Only authentic, professional salon-grade brands. If you have sensitive skin or a preferred line, let us know and we'll accommodate it.
What are your salon timings?
We're open every day from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Early bridal start times can be arranged in advance.
